For one of our clients based in Brussels, we are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to ensure the continuity of Compensation and Benefits activities and lead the Payroll team during a replacement period.

Your responsibilities
- Ensure the day‑to‑day implementation of the company’s compensation and benefits policy in line with business objectives.
- Oversee and coach the Payroll team, ensuring accuracy, collaboration, and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with Belgian social and tax legislation related to compensation and benefits.
- Act as a support to the HR Director in social relations and discussions with trade unions, providing advice and data‑driven input when needed.
Your profile
- Solid experience in Compensation & Benefits and good understanding of Payroll processes (SD Worx)
- Strong knowledge of Belgian labour and social legislation.
- Ability to support HR leadership in discussions with employee representatives and unions.
- Excellent command of Dutch and French; English is an asset.
- Recognised for maturity, credibility, and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills; able to lead and motivate.
